- Manage client relationships, project budgets, and schedules to ensure successful outcomes.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Licensed Architect.
- Licensure in the State of Alabama is required, with the ability to obtain licenses in other states where Watermark practices.
