Dental Scheduling Coordinator
Thompson Dental at Trinity is seeking a Dental Scheduling Coordinator. Work hours are Monday-Thursday from 7:45am -5:15pm with lunch from 1:00pm - 2:00pm. Dental experience required. Please email resumes or fax to 727-375-2207. Thank you!
Duties and Responsibilities
-Excellent customer service while interacting with patients both over the phone and in person
-Checking patients in and out
-Schedule patient appointments
-Confirm patient appointments
-All other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
-Basic clerical and administrative skills
-Excellent customer service skills with professional and courteous phone etiquette
-Knowledge of insurance and dental terminology is a must
-Experience with EagleSoft preferred
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Qualifications (Experience, Education, Licensure, Certification)
-Previous dental office experience required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
