PARKER BUSSER/RUNNER

JOB SCOPE:

Responsible for ensuring that supplies and equipment are stocked and ready for service. Assists servers with guest satisfaction in all ways necessary. Other duties as required.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Clean and reset tables for service according to department manual standard.
• Adhere to LPM grooming/ service standards and policies.
• Ensures all dirty China, silver, glasses, etc. go to the dishwasher and are broken down accordingly.
• Replenish all service items; silverware, glassware, China, linen, general supplies, food as needed.
• Ensure proper storage of all service items (see above).
• Ensure that cream, water and juice service is constantly replenished during the service.
• Stock jam, butter, and cream cheese for the next service period.
• Set up breadbasket for next service period.
• Assist servers in serving guests.
• Assist servers in pre bussing tables.
• Serve and replenish water upon guest request.
• Assist other bus persons when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

ESSENTIAL:

• 6 months to one-year experience as a bus person or kitchen helper that will provide the skills required for this position.
• Fluent in English; excellent verbal and written communication skills

DESIRABLE:

• High school graduate.

Other Physical Abilities

• Able to bend, lift, push, pull and carry in excess of 50 pounds.
• Able to walk and stand for long period of time.

• Fluency in another language.

Salary Range: $19.8116 - $26.2488 per hour
