Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Litigation Paralegal role located in Franklin, TN. The Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, conducting thorough legal research, reviewing and organizing case documentation, and drafting pleadings and motions. The role requires close collaboration with attorneys and other team members to support complex litigation cases efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
- Familiarity with litigation and construction practices preferred

- Experience in drafting Pleadings and Motions
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Paralegal certification or equivalent work experience is a plus
