What You Will Do
- Build relationships with referral partners such as plumbers, property managers, insurance agents, and commercial contacts
- Generate new business through outreach, meetings, and consistent follow up
- Represent the company professionally during emergency response opportunities
- Grow and maintain a strong pipeline of referral relationships
- Track activity and manage your territory to drive revenue growth
- Work closely with operations and leadership to ensure customers receive great service
This is not a passive role where leads are handed to you. The goal is to build relationships, create opportunity, and grow a territory.
