Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Automotive Lot Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our dealership operates efficiently and maintains a polished, professional appearance. Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the dealership lot, showroom, and customer parking areas.
- Assist with vehicle inventory management, including organizing and relocating vehicles as needed.
- Inspect and prepare vehicles for delivery, ensuring they meet dealership standards.
- Conduct vehicle transfers to and from off-site locations as directed.
- Support the sales and service teams by staging vehicles for test drives, customer deliveries, and repairs.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure and fuel levels.
- Ensure all dealership signage and displays are clean and visually appealing.
- Safely lift and carry items weighing at least 50 lbs as part of daily responsibilities.
- Must have a clean, valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass a background check, including a driving record check.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions.
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive environment is preferred but not required.
