**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Install Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

**Duties:**
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, and heat pumps.
- Install duct work in custom homes
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems, including identifying and addressing leaks and other performance problems.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, often in cramped or noisy spaces, and in various weather conditions.
- Use a variety of hand tools and power tools to complete tasks.
- Drive a company van to and from job sites.
- provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain mechanical knowledge to perform complex installations.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
**Experience:**
- 3 years of experience in HVAC repair and installation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with HVAC systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in cramped or noisy spaces.
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Ability to drive a van and work in the field.
- Knowledge of air conditioning systems
- Ability to work safely and efficiently.
- Experience with field service and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.27 - $40.00 per hour
