What You’ll Do
- Assist with exterior property inspections in both emergency and non-emergency situations
- Support emergency response efforts including roof tarping, board-ups, and temporary stabilization
- Respond to fire, storm, theft, and vehicle impact damage alongside the TMP Supervisor
- Follow direction to properly secure structures and protect properties from further damage
- Document work using company systems including photos, job notes, and required records for billing
- Load, organize, and maintain tools, materials, and response vehicles
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards
- Operate effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments during active emergency situations.

- Able to work at heights including ladders and roofs
- Strong communicator who can follow direction and work well within a team
- Physically capable of lifting, climbing, and performing labor-intensive tasks
- Willing to learn restoration processes, tools, and systems such as Next Gear Dash
- Brings a strong work ethic and a calm, focused mindset in high-pressure situations
- Experience in restoration, construction, or general labor is preferred but not required

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
