Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for an Estate Planning Paralegal located in Southlake, TX. The Estate Planning Paralegal will assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and reviewing documents related to estate planning and probate processes. Additional responsibilities include communicating with clients to gather information, maintaining accurate case records, and ensuring adherence to court deadlines and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including Wills, Trusts, and probate forms
- Knowledge of Law and Estate Planning processes
- Strong skills in Communication and client interaction
- Experience in conducting thorough Research and Document Review
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software
- Paralegal certification or relevant legal training is preferred
- Prior experience in estate planning or probate law is an advantage
