Shipping and Receiving Associate
Seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Shipping & Receiving associate. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, organization, and hands-on responsibility in an independent fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Clean and pack parts per route sheet instructions and established practices
- Ensure safe handling and packaging of precision machined components
- Maintain accurate finished goods inventory
- Monitor ERP and custom software for daily shipment requirements
- Assemble data and certifications as required by customers
- Arrange pickups and deliveries via UPS, FedEx, and other carriers
- Receive incoming subcontracted parts, confirm counts, and forward documentation to Purchasing
- Specify and order shipping supplies (boxes, trays, tape, etc.)
Qualifications
- Strong multitasking, verbal, and written communication skills
- Previous experience with UPS, FedEx, and international shipments preferred
- Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory tracking
- Commitment to accuracy and timely delivery
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments
Salary : $36,662 - $46,929
