## Job Summary
Thomas Trucking is seeking a dependable and experienced CDL Class A driver for a full-time flatbed position based out of Normangee, Texas. This role involves hauling primarily steel, rebar, and similar materials. The position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with weekends typically off, allowing for reliable home time.
Pay starts at 28% of the load and can increase up to 30% based on experience, providing strong earning potential. Drivers can expect to earn approximately $1,300 to $1,600 per week depending on how hard they are willing to run. This is a 1099 position.
Applicants must have a valid CDL Class A license and a minimum of two years of CDL driving experience. A clean driving record is preferred. While flatbed experience and experience hauling steel or rebar are a plus, they are not required. Candidates must be able to safely secure loads, follow all DOT regulations, and demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety. We are looking for drivers who can operate efficiently, communicate effectively, and deliver loads on time and in good condition. No tarping is required for this position.
