Role Description
We are seeking a professional and safety-focused OTR Truck Driver to join a client located in Waterloo, IA. In this role, you will transport kitchen and bathroom cabinetry to customer locations throughout the continental United States. Drivers play an important role in ensuring on-time deliveries and providing excellent customer service.
This position offers competitive pay, consistent miles, modern equipment, and opportunities for additional earnings.
Compensation & Benefits- Average annual earnings: $101,000 per year
- Mileage pay: $0.70–$0.71 per mile
- Sign-on bonus available
- Stop pay: $35 per stop
- Additional unloading compensation opportunities

- Average of approximately 2,300 miles per week
- Primarily daytime deliveries
- Drivers are generally home on a regular basis, depending on route assignments and business needs
- Extended trips may occasionally be required for longer-haul routes
- Safely transport and deliver kitchen and bathroom cabinetry to customer locations.
- Verify delivered products against shipping documentation.
- Assist with unloading and delivery of freight at customer locations.
- Accurately document arrivals, departures, and delivery records.
- Upload bills of lading and other required paperwork using company systems.
- Plan routes in compliance with Hours of Service (HOS) regulations and company policies.
- Monitor weather, fuel stops, rest breaks, and appointment schedules to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery timing and status updates.
- Provide professional customer service during all interactions.
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety requirements.

- Take-home truck opportunities may be available with management approval
- Valid CDL A license required
- Safe driving record
- Ability to comply with DOT regulations and Hours of Service requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle delivery-related physical activities, including unloading freight when required
- Previous OTR driving experience is preferred but not required
- Commitment to safety, reliability, and professionalism
