$80,000 – $110,000 base | ~$140,000 – $170,000 OTE (uncapped)
We’re hiring a Talent Operator to join an early-stage, YC-backed AI recruiting marketplace working with 150 fast-growing, venture-backed startups hiring across engineering and GTM roles.
About the RoleAs a Talent Operator, you are the engine of the recruiting marketplace. You’ll run full-cycle recruiting for high-growth startup partners while actively using and stress-testing internal AI tools and workflows.
This is a high-ownership, high-speed role designed for someone who wants direct exposure to startup hiring, strong execution reps, and a clear path into leadership. Top performers grow into roles across account management, recruiting leadership, or marketplace operations depending on where they excel.
What You’ll Do- Own sourcing, screening, and candidate management across multiple startup hiring pipelines
- Run end-to-end recruiting processes for engineering and GTM roles
- Act as a power user of internal AI recruiting tools, providing structured product feedback
- Partner with founders and hiring teams to drive fast, high-quality hiring outcomes
- Help refine internal recruiting systems, workflows, and playbooks
- Support scaling efforts as the marketplace expands rapidly
- 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, operations, consulting, banking, or similarly high-intensity environments
- Strong execution speed with ability to manage high-volume workflows
- High agency, ownership mindset, and comfort with ambiguity
- Coachable, low ego, and outcome-driven
- Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco
- Base salary: $80,000 – $110,000
- Total compensation (OTE): ~$140,000 – $170,000
- Uncapped earnings tied directly to successful placements and revenue impact
