Position Information: The part-time Marketing Internship is responsible for administrative support for the Marketing department as well as with assisting with implementation of all advertising, marketing, merchandising, and branding efforts for the dealerships.

Successfully Maintain the following accountabilities
- Assist with developing media for advertising campaigns
- Assist with event planning and execution
- Assist with merchandising and promotional items
- Assist Marketing team with assigned projects and administrative duties
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet every customer, every day
- Maintain high ethical standards when dealing with customers, co-workers and vendors
- Put safety first. Adhere to all Safety Policies, Procedures and Personal Protective Equipment standards
- Attend meetings as requested
- Understand, keep abreast of, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect sales
- Assist with vehicle merchandising
- Assist with implementation of all marketing and advertising for the dealership, including digital and traditional, e.g. print, radio, outdoor, POS, customer mailings etc.
- Assist with developing videos and social media posts for dealership advertising
- Assist with dealership events
- Assist with social media efforts for the dealerships
- Assist with community events and involvement, to enhance marketing and public relations efforts
- Assist with tracking ROI for advertising and digital
- Maintain a safe and clean workspace, as well as ensuring the entire facility is orderly, clean and free of hazards
Requirements
Qualifications: High school diploma or the equivalent. Experience working with Adobe suite, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office preferred. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Valid in-state driver's license. Professional personal appearance. Excellent communication skills.
Working Conditions: The Marketing Assistant works both indoors and out, moving about the dealership facility and lot to communicate with colleagues, vendor representatives, and customers. Off-site events and meetings are required.
