Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team You will be responsible for helping customers and scheduling appointments. Skilled in handling varying call volumes while delivering top-tier service, resolving customer concerns efficiently, and maintaining a positive brand image. Proven ability to remain calm under pressure, de-escalate difficult situations, and build successful relationships with diverse clientele. We will offer comprehensive training on all protocols, software systems and general phone demeanor but experience in related positions is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Schedule appointments.
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Developing proficiency with the software Service Titan
• Comfortable with being on the phone for bookings
• Accepting credit card payments over the phone
• Shift will be Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays

• Comfortable with being on the phone for bookings

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
