Description:
Craftsman – Custom Millwork & Cabinetry
Thomas Riley Artisans' Guild is seeking an experienced Craftsman to fabricate high-end custom residential millwork, cabinetry, and architectural woodworking projects.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate high-end custom residential millwork and cabinetry from drawings and specifications
- Read blueprints, create cut lists, and plan assembly processes
- Operate woodworking machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform quality control inspections throughout production
- Track materials, maintain parts lists, and document as-built changes
- Work closely with engineering, finishing, operations, and installation teams
- Assist with installation as needed
Qualifications
- 10 years of woodworking, millwork, or cabinetry experience preferred
- Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with woodworking machinery, materials, and fabrication methods
- Strong math, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work
- Must provide personal hand tools (tool reimbursement policy applies)
- AutoCAD experience is a plus
Schedule & Expectations
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Overtime and weekend work are expected when available to support production schedules and project deadlines

Other Requirements:
- Possession of a valid State Driver License with a clean driving record in accordance with the company’s insurance carrier’s standards may be required.
