Bookkeeper (Part Time)
Immediate opportunity for a part time Bookkeeper with a company operating multiple entities with more interesting and more complex operations to grow your career and skills, or engage your mind if you already possess those skills.
In this vital role, you will manage and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.
Office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and days worked are open for consideration. Part time would be roughly 20 hours per week. Opportunities for additional roles are possible if you are interested in learning more about Commercial Real Estate Management, with the possibility of full time work if desired.

We are a commercial real estate company with multiple properties, entities and great tenants, and ask that you have:
- Extensive experience including 5 years (minimum) of general bookkeeping principles and practices.
- Knowledge of Quickbooks, Microsoft Office and its various programs.

Responsibilities:
- Record and reconcile all financial transactions using QuickBooks Desktop.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Prepare and post journal entries accurately in the general ledger, adhering to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Conduct bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations regularly to ensure data integrity.
- Payroll processing, tax filings, and compliance related to governmental accounting standards.
- Governmental filings such as GRT, W-2 & W-3’s, etc.
- Generate detailed financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets, for internal review and external reporting.
