Thomas Printworks is looking for a driven professional to lead new business development across a regional territory based out of our Austin, TX office. This position is well-suited for a proven hunter who thrives on prospecting and developing a pipeline of clients seeking integrated print and marketing fulfillment solutions, not transactional or commodity print services. Based in Austin, you’ll partner with a strong operations and sales support team to build lasting relationships and deliver sustained, solution-oriented growth.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new client relationships within a defined regional territory
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline with clear value-based opportunities
- Lead consultative sales conversations focused on solving customer challenges
- Collaborate with estimating, customer service, production, and fulfillment teams to deliver on commitments
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and activity tracking using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Consistently grow a pipeline capable of generating $1M annually within 24 months
- Manage sales forecasting and territory planning to meet revenue targets
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in sales within the print industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
