Maintenance Administrator  

JOB SUMMARY 

The Maintenance Administrator is responsible for entering any parts received into warehouse inventory, completing any P. O’s assigned by the maintenance manager. Inputting and updating work orders into Fleetio performed by the maintenance team. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES 

• Starting and completing P. O’s 

• Data inputting all received parts into inventory 

• Creating and modifying new and existing work orders 

• Assisting Maintenance Manager on all software platforms 

QUALIFICATIONS 

• High School Diploma or GED 

• 2 years in an administrative role 

• Outstanding organizational skills. 

• Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills. 

• Quantitative ability. 

• Attention to detail. 

• Exceptional interpersonal skills. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication. 

• Competence in utilization of personal computers and peripheral equipment (i.e., printers, monitors). Experience with word processing, presentation, video conference, teleconference and spreadsheet software. Ability to learn new software programs, as needed. 

• Able to successfully complete all required pre-hire tests and verifications to include                  pre-employment drug testing, reference & criminal background checks and MVR review. 

• Experience in a multi-location operation 

• Previous experience in oil/gas, trucking, manufacturing, or another heavy-industrial environment 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 

• Ability to continuously stand & walk 

• Frequently push & pull  

• Occasionally bend & stoop 

• Ability to lift 40 lbs. 

• Computer work which includes substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers and close visual acuity.
