You will be working across various media channels, including print, digital, web, illustration, video, and photography. Collaboration is key, and you will closely work with the Senior Director of Marketing to ensure the success of client designs.Responsibilities:Visual Content Creation:Provide graphic design and production support for field operations management and other internal departments.Develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts to include unit station branding, menus, signage, and other promotional materials.Ensure all sales and marketing collateral is of quality and appropriately reflects our brand. Print and Event Design: Design print materials, including brochures, flyers, menus, and posters, with attention to detail and creativity.Enhance the visual identity of client partner accounts through creative design solutions for events, trade shows, banners, signage, and promotional materials.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding across all print and event materials.Qualifications:Must provide a strong portfolio of work examples, digitally preferred. Previous experience within a design firm or in a creative team environment is a plus.Associate degree in graphic arts, photography, design, or related field; bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) & Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Premiere and After Effects are a plus.Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.Display effective problem-solving skills and appropriate use of design programs for specific tasks.
