Compensation:
- Pay Range: $17.00-$21.00/hour
- Benefits: For employees contracted for 30 hours per week or more, Thomas MacLaren School pays for 100% of the employee’s base plan insurance premiums (Health, Dental, Vision, Long-term and Short-term disability, Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance, and Life insurance) for the base level coverages. No benefits are provided to employees contracted for less than 30 hours per week.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Member of the MTSS team
- Gathers and reviews data for students to help determine need for Tier II and III intervention, in coordination with MTSS team
- Provide targeted intervention in reading and/or math for students in Tier II and Tier III of the MTSS process
- Creates schedule for intervention in coordination with AHOS – Academics
- Assess skills and progress monitor students receiving intervention
- Works with classroom teachers and various teams
- Research and provide information and guidance on effective and pedagogically-aligned assessment and intervention practices.
- Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director
Minimum Requirements:
Education: High School degree; Degree from an accredited college or university preferred
