Role Description
This is a Temporary on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner (maternity leave) located in Yountville, CA. The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for managing HR policies, developing and maintaining employee relations, overseeing performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment law. This includes supporting employees throughout their employment lifecycle, addressing concerns, facilitating communications, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HR Policies and general Human Resources (HR) practices
- Experience in Employee Relations and managing employee concerns
- Understanding of Labor and Employment Law
- Skills in Performance Management and employee development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
