Keller Warehousing & Co-Packing is growing, and we are adding a Project Manager to support both client implementations and internal initiatives. This position may be onsite, hybrid, or fully remote depending on experience and business needs. This role is responsible for leading multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Job Summary:
In this role, the Project Manager will lead multiple concurrent projects, including client implementations and internal initiatives. This role ensures projects are delivered on time and within scope while driving cross-functional alignment, managing risks, and maintaining progress across teams without direct supervisory responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, scope, timelines, and milestones
- Coordinate tasks and resources across internal teams and external stakeholders
- Track progress, ensure accountability, and manage competing priorities
- Lead project meetings and provide clear status updates
- Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues as needed
- Support internal improvement initiatives and change management efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5 years of project management or implementation experience
- Project Management certification preferred
- Experience with warehouse operations and systems (WMS) is a plus
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts
- Ability to build alignment across cross-functional teams
Additional Requirements:
- Occasional on-call availability for urgent situations
- Flexibility to work varied hours as needed
- Ability to travel up to 10%
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:
Work may be performed in an office or warehouse environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures. Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, use standard office equipment, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds is required.
