Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complies with regulatory requirements by following established procedures and protocols in order to maintain a safe laboratory environment and meet accreditation standards.
- Performs routine QA / QC tasks, including instrument maintenance and reagent QC.
- Records and interprets test results as applied to donor-recipient matching for solid organ and bone marrow transplantation.
- Participates in the laboratory's on-call rotation (24 / 7) for the histocompatibility testing of all deceased donors.
