The associate in this position must have experience to operate a busy, fast paced switchboard, capable of handling stressful emergency situations. The associate must also provide the best customer service at all times while using good discretion and judgment

Job Description

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required:
Ability to read and communicate in the English language. High School graduate or equivalent required.
In-depth knowledge of PC, Windows 95-98, NT workstation, and Windows NT server administration. Proficient in Word and Excel. Ability to handle busy switchboard and emergency situations. Customer service focus is necessary.

Salary Range

The actual hiring rate will be determined based on candidate experience, skills and qualifications. This position is not eligible for an annual incentive.
