Day In The Life
- Provide transaction support to the Transactions Managers for property acquisitions, refinances, and dispositions from contract through closing.
- Assist with the preparation, organization, and maintenance of transaction files, by uploading required documentation and updating key information within HB1 and SharePoint.
- Coordinate with title, escrow, lenders, internal teams, and other stakeholders to provide and/or obtain required documents and information.
- Assist with the review of contracts, escrow instructions, title reports, loan documents, and closing statements for completeness and accuracy.
- Proactively communicate status updates, issues, and potential challenges to the Transactions Managers as appropriate.
- Support department processes by following established policies and procedures and assisting with updates as needed.
- Collaborate with internal departments including Construction, Finance, Legal, Sales, and Corporate teams.
- Assist with resolving transaction-related issues by coordinating information and documentation among stakeholders.
- Provide coverage and administrative support for Transactions Managers as needed.
- 1-2 years of experience in real estate transactions, escrow, title, or homebuilding operations preferred
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with residential purchase agreements, disclosures, and closing processes
- Experience with CRM systems and transaction management software (e.g., Salesforce, Dotloop, BuildPro, or similar)
- Certified Notary Public preferred not required
- Exposure to acquisitions, refinances, or new home construction transactions preferred.
Salary : $25 - $32
