Candidates should have a minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in electric motor assembly or a closely related field

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motor Assembly: Assemble electric motors from component parts (rotors, stators, bearings, windings, housing, etc.) according to detailed blueprints, drawings, and engineering specifications. Ensure all parts are correctly aligned and installed for optimal motor performance.

Identify defects, damaged parts, or imperfections, and communicate issues to the quality control team or supervisor. Conduct electrical and mechanical tests on assembled motors to verify functionality and performance. Use tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and specialized motor testing equipment to measure output, efficiency, and operational parameters. Maintain quality standards by performing final inspections on completed motors. Record assembly processes, test results, and any defects or issues that arise. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Troubleshoot and adjust motor components during and after assembly, addressing any issues with motor performance or assembly defects. Make necessary repairs or modifications to motor parts to meet performance standards. Work closely with engineers, quality control specialists, and other assembly team members to meet production targets, solve technical problems, and maintain efficient workflows.
