Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners to assess electrical and backup power needs
- Recommend solutions including electrical upgrades, standby generators, surge protection, EV chargers, and related services
- Prepare and present proposals with clear, professional recommendations
- Build trust through consultative, relationship-focused sales
- Follow up on leads and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Partner with operations and installation teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of electrical sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to earn customer trust and provide solutions-based recommendations
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Comfortable conducting in-home consultations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- CRM experience preferred
