- Build and sustain a high-performing team by recruiting, developing, motivating, and retaining top talent
- Set the tone for culture and brand loyalty through daily huddles, team meetings, and regular 11s
- Serve as a customer-first ambassador, ensuring exceptional service and swift resolution of customer concerns
- Establish and maintain strong operational processes for labor planning, material distribution, and scheduling
- Partner cross-functionally with support teams, procurement, sales, field operations, and technical services to ensure best practices
- Maintain accurate inventory controls across fleet, parts, and materials to minimize discrepancies
- Collaborate diplomatically with vendors, government agencies, community leaders, and external partners
- Drive business growth by meeting or exceeding financial goals; analyze forecasts and costs to guide strategy
- Implement and document scalable processes that align with company objectives
- Promote and maintain a safe, accident-free, and healthy work environment
- Recognize and develop team members through coaching, performance evaluations, and timely compensation reviews
- Oversee all branch operations including workforce planning, resource allocation, and execution against business objectives
- Drive accountability, monitor performance trends, and take corrective action to achieve revenue and gross margin targets
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- High computer proficiency (Microsoft preferred; ServiceTitan experience a plus)
- 10 years of management experience demonstrating strong leadership, customer focus, problem-solving, and decision-making
- 5 years leading day-to-day operations within a Home Services business (HVAC, Plumbing, and/or Electrical)
- Proven track record of year-over-year business growth
- Valid driver’s license
