- Complete service invoices and work orders properly and completely and collect (COD) from clients.
- Perform plumbing-related tasks when required.
- Clearly, effectively and timely communicate with Service Technician, Sales team member, Dig and Drain Department when needed.
- Complete required warranty information.
- Assist in coaching and training apprentice trainees.
- Promote the sale of other products, service, or work with each client including service agreements.
- Build a trusting relationship with each client through good communication skills and above average competence.
- Look for and turn in possible job leads to the Sales Department.
- Maintain communication with internal teams.
- Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
- Properly complete required paperwork.
- Embrace and proactively seek out development opportunities through continued training (specifically weekly training meetings and special classes or seminars) and one-on-one coaching
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Minimum three years field experience.
- Available to arrive early and/or stay late when workload requires.
- Journeymen Plumbing Licenses
