- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and support office workflows
- Utilize computer skills with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management software to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff or executives, ensuring timely follow-up
- Support bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing or basic bookkeeping.
- Handle clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and organizing office supplies to keep the workspace organized and functional
- Assisting with social media marketing
Experience
- Previous office experience or administrative support experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs and enhance team communication
- Experience with medical receptionist duties, including calendar management and patient support, is advantageous but not mandatory
- Personal assistant experience or familiarity with office management tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and bookkeeping will be highly valued
