What You’ll DoAs a Parts Specialist you’ll be responsible for:
- Process incoming parts and retrofit offers/orders via email and phone
- Coordinate repairs and returns for parts, ensuring proper documentation and followup
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding offers and orders to ensure timely fulfillment
- Communicate with customers and corporate headquarters to clarify and complete all partsrelated requests
- Provide weekday and weekend oncall support (every 5th or 6th weekend) for emergency parts needs (including responding to calls and coming into the office if required)
- Work one evening per week (until 6:00 PM) to support afterhours parts service requests
- Accurately pick, pack and arrange shipment of parts using UPS, FedEx or other delivery services when on call support
- Maintain records and ensure efficient workflow in parts processing
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent followup and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a highpaced environment
- Teamoriented, yet capable of working independently
- Flexible and dependable, especially during oncall and emergency situations
- SAP experience is a plus, but not required
- Microsoft Office 365 knowledge is a plus, but not required
