Position Summary
The Locally Made Food Shop Retail Sales Associate is responsible for providing a great customer experience in our retail shop through friendly service during the shopping process, maintaining store cleanliness and replenishing inventory. This Retail Sales Associate position would help to support all retails shops across our two properties as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet customers, respond to questions, improve engagement with merchandise and provide outstanding customer service.
- Availability for work shifts, day, evening, weekend and holidays based on business needs.
- Operate cash registers, manage financial transactions and balance drawers.
- Direct customers to merchandise within the store.
- Increase store sales and achieve the monthly and yearly budget goals.
- Use company literature and available training resources to stay up to date on product features.
- Work as a team with other coworkers to ensure proper balance of customer service and tasking.
- Maintain a clean and organized appearance throughout the store.
- Introduce promotions and opportunities to customers.
- Cross-sell products from different business units to increase overall company revenue.
- Replenish inventory.
- Comply with inventory control procedures.

- Must be 18 years of age
