Pre-litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant (Chesterfield Office)

We're currently on the lookout for an experienced Pre-litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant for our Chesterfield office's vibrant team.

Job Duties

• Managing client case files with a keen eye for detail and a heart for service.
• Engaging with clients through intake interviews, ensuring they feel heard and supported.
• Navigating the complexities of personal injury cases with expertise and empathy.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• 1 years Personal Injury plaintiff experience.
• Experience in conducting Intake interviews with new clients.
• Experience with liens, including liens associated with ERISA, Medicare, Medicaid, and workers compensation.
• Experience with complex, high-volume cases.
• Experience with case management system.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferable
  
  

Physical And Environmental Requirements

• General office environment requires sitting for long periods of time, occasional periods of standing and walking.
• Visual capability to work viewing a computer monitor for several hours of the day.
• The ability to work in an office environment around others.
• The ability to exhibit manual dexterity and use standard office equipment such as phones, keyboards, and copiers for extended periods of time.
