The Role
You won’t just be grabbing coffee—you’ll be a vital part of the creative process. Working directly with our Principal Designer, you’ll help manage projects from the first sketch to the final walkthrough.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Support: Assist the Principal Designer in all project phases, from conceptualizing layouts to selecting finishes.
- Visual Assets: Assist in creating the sketches and documentation that help our clients "see" the finished product.
- Relationship Management: Act as a bridge between clients, vendors, and consultants to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Brand Voice: Use your social media savvy to help showcase our latest work and eco-friendly finds.

Who You Are
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Must-Haves:
- Education: A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (strongly preferred).
- Technical Chops: Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (or similar drafting software). You should also be comfortable with Photoshop, Google Drive, and the MS Office suite.
- Social Savvy: You know your way around social media platforms and understand how to curate a professional aesthetic.
- Mobility: A current driver’s license and access to a car for site visits and errands.
