Automotive Service Advisor

We are experiencing an opportunity of growth and seeks qualified applicants to fill the position of Service Advisor. Qualified applicants required to have experience as a Service Advisor with excellent communication skills, be detail oriented, able to motivate and deliver exceptional customer service.
Position Responsibilities:
· Consult, understand and interpret customer service repair needs to technicians.
· Serve as the primary point of customer contact for all automotive service and repair requests.
· Continuously keep the customer updated on repair needs and completion times
· Remain involved with delivery of vehicle to customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns are addressed
· Exemplary customer service skills required.
Positions Requirements:
- Prior Automotive Service Advisor Selling experience.
- Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to work efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Oral communication skills
- The desire to provide excellent customer service.
- Previous dealership Service Advisor position a PLUS!
