Patient Advisor/Sales Associate

The Thomas C. Slater Compassion Center, New England’s premiere medical and adult-use cannabis dispensary, is looking for one or more reliable, hardworking, enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to serve as Patient Advisors/Sales Associates for our patients and customers.

Patient Advisors/Sales Associates serve a critical role at the Slater Center, handling patient and customer intake and orientation; dispensary consultations and sales; scanning and packaging online orders; and delivering orders inside our dispensary and in our drive thru. Successful candidates are expected to be willing and able to work inside our busy cannabis dispensary and/or outside in our drive thru, in all kinds of weather.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping people and committed to providing exceptional customer service. Knowledge of cannabis products is strongly desired. A background in retail/hospitality is a plus.

The ideal candidates are friendly, outgoing and energetic team players who thrive in a fast-paced work environment and can multi-task without missing a beat. Must be reliable, punctual and have an excellent work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to each patient and adult-use customer.

• Comply with all state regulations and company practices and procedures.

• Ensure that all paperwork is properly and accurately completed and recorded.

• Educate patients and adult use customers about the use of cannabis and specific products.

• Accurately process orders and payments

• Perform other tasks, as assigned.

Requirements:

· Must be at least 21 years old and meet all applicable background and licensing requirements.

· Proficiency in Microsoft products including Word, Excel, etc.

· Proficiency in Flourish or similar seed-to-sale/POS system strongly preferred.

· Must be punctual and reliable.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

· Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills

· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

· Excellent attention to detail, superior organizational skills

· Cannabis industry experience preferred; genuine and extensive knowledge and passion for cannabis strongly preferred.

· Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time.

· Must be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
