Construction Lead / Working Foreman

Thomas Built Construction Management is looking for a dependable, experienced Construction Lead / Working Foreman to join our team.

Pay: $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience and ability.

We build new single-family homes and complete residential remodeling projects, and we’re looking for someone who is comfortable working with their hands every day but also has the experience and judgment to help lead a jobsite.

This is not a sit-in-the-truck foreman position. We need someone who is willing to work alongside the crew, handle day-to-day construction tasks, and step into a lead role when needed.

Responsibilities include:

• General residential construction and remodeling
• Jobsite setup, cleanup, material handling, and daily labor
• Basic carpentry, repairs, punch work, and miscellaneous construction tasks
• Interior and exterior painting and prep work
• Coordinating and working alongside subcontractors
• Keeping jobsites organized, clean, and moving forward
• Helping oversee daily work and making sure work is completed correctly
• Communicating jobsite needs, problems, and progress with the Project Manager
• Taking responsibility for the jobsite when needed
• We’re looking for someone who:
• Has solid residential construction experience
• Is a good painter and understands proper prep and finish work
• Can work independently without needing constant direction
• Can lead other workers when necessary
• Pays attention to quality and details
• Shows up consistently and on time
• Takes care of tools, materials, and customers' homes
• Has reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Is comfortable working on both new construction and occupied remodels

This could be a great position for an experienced carpenter, remodeler, or construction worker who is ready to take on more responsibility and grow into a larger leadership role.

Full-time position. Pay based on experience and ability.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
