Role Description
We are seeking a Project Sales Coordinator for a full-time, on-site position located in Castle Rock, CO. The Project Sales Coordinator will assist the sales team with coordinating and managing boiler-related projects from start to finish. Responsibilities will include preparing quotes and proposals, maintaining project documentation, liaising with clients and internal teams, facilitating scheduling and logistics, and supporting customer inquiries. The role also involves ensuring project timelines and budgets are met while upholding high service standards.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle project coordination and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating quotes, proposals, and reports, and collaborating with team members and clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Ability to manage customer relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail for managing project logistics and identifying opportunities
- Experience in the heating, ventilation, and boiler industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
