Seeking Experienced Commercial & Industrial Boiler Technicians for FULL TIME opportunity!
Castle Rock, CO | $35–$60 /hr DOE Overtime

Mansfield & TM Service is seeking experienced Boiler Technicians who take pride in diagnosing complex problems, delivering exceptional customer service, and working on critical commercial & industrial boiler systems.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose, repair, maintain, and commission commercial & industrial boilers
- Perform preventative maintenance, annual inspections, and combustion tuning
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, burner, and control systems
- Communicate findings and recommendations directly with customers
- Mentor junior technicians and continue expanding your technical expertise
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of hands-on commercial boiler servicing experience
- Strong electrical & mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with steam and hot water boiler systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional, customer-focused, and safety-minded
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to obtain government/federal facility badging (background & drug screening may be required)

Schedule & Travel
- Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM start in Castle Rock, CO
- Overnight travel up to 2 weeks/month, includes per diem & windshield time!
- Rotating on-call schedule with guaranteed overtime
