We’re looking to add an experienced customer service professional with a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience to our team.
At Thomas’ Auto, we’re not just fixing cars—we’re building long-term relationships and trust with every client that walks through our doors. The right person for this role understands that and takes pride in being the face and voice of the shop.
What we’re really looking for:
- Experience in automotive service advising preferred
- Strong background in customer service (automotive, retail, or hospitality)
- Someone who communicates clearly, confidently, and professionally
- A person who genuinely enjoys helping people and solving problems
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Creating a welcoming, professional first impression—on the phone and in person
- Building trust and rapport with customers from the moment they contact us
- Guiding clients through the repair process with clear communication and transparency
- Managing incoming calls, texts, and appointments
- Following up with customers and ensuring a consistent, high-level experience
- Working closely with technicians to accurately communicate vehicle needs
- Handling customer concerns with professionalism and care
- Supporting daily front office operations, including data entry and light administrative tasks

Shop Operating Hours:
Tuesday - Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm
Saturday 7:30am - 1:30pm
