We are seeking an experienced and passionate Ready-to-Wear Sales Specialist to join our team at the Thom Sweeney Flagship in NYC. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in menswear tailoring, a strong understanding of garment construction and fit, and a genuine passion for luxury menswear. You will act as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and fostering lasting relationships with clients.

• Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice on Thom Sweeney’s ready-to-wear collection.
• Deliver a high-touch, client-focused service that reflects the values of the Thom Sweeney brand.
• Develop strong relationships with clients through personalized service and follow-up communication.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of mens tailoring, fit, fabrics, and construction techniques.
• Drive sales performance to meet and exceed individual and store targets.
• Support store operations including visual merchandising, inventory control, and product presentation.
• Represent the Thom Sweeney brand with professionalism, discretion, and integrity at all times.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury menswear, preferably in tailoring or suiting.
• Strong understanding of men’s tailoring, fit, and styling.
• Proven ability to drive sales through clienteling and product knowledge.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in a luxury retail setting.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
