As a key member of Thom’s leadership team, you will have the opportunity to build upon a strong foundation and help shape the next chapter of our work with young children and families.Each year, Thom Mystic Valley EI partners with more than 790 children and their families. You will lead a talented, mission driven team of nearly 80 early childhood specialists and clinicians, all dedicated to providing high quality, family-centered Early Intervention services.What makes Thom Mystic Valley EI a special place to leadLongstanding, trusted presence in Woburn and surrounding communities, with strong partnerships across pediatric, community health, and early education settingsDeeply committed, interdisciplinary team, including an experienced and professional administration staff, that values collaboration, reflective practice, and continuous learningStrong support from Thom’s central leadership and a network of fellow Program Directors across the agencyThis full-time, exempt leadership position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits, along with meaningful opportunities to innovate, grow, and make a lasting impact on the lives of infants, toddlers, and their families.If you are ready to lead with heart, equity, and purpose, we would love to hear from you.Position RequirementsBachelor’s degree in an Early Intervention core discipline, Management, or Business AdministrationFive or more years of experience in human services and/or managementExcellent working knowledge of service systems and resources in the communities servedExperience supervising clinical and support staffUnderstanding of Massachusetts Early Intervention philosophy and MA Department of Public Health EI Operational StandardsExperience working with infants, young children, and their familiesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsEligibility for MA Early Intervention director and clinical certification and an understanding of current EI financing modalities, regulations, and contractual obligationsExperience working in the Massachusetts Early Intervention system is strongly preferredIn addition, demonstration of the following skills and knowledge will be considered in evaluating this positionProven leadership abilityConceptual and practical understanding of EI financingKnowledge and use of computer software, including Microsoft Office and TeamsKnowledge of Early Intervention services in Massachusetts, including service delivery, billing regulations, and IDEA Part C regulationsAbility to analyze and evaluate complex information and situationsAbility to supervise and give direction to others, including delegation and follow upAbility to handle conflict, mediate concerns, and facilitate a respectful exchange of ideasAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyAbility to understand the varied needs of culturally and economically diverse urban and suburban communities and to evaluate the quality of supports and interventionsCore ResponsibilitiesAs Program Director, you will play a central role in shaping our work and supporting our community through responsibilities such as:Building and maintaining strong connections with community partners to strengthen collaboration and referral networksOrchestrating day to day operations that support the continued excellence and growth of the programLeading program innovation and improvement efforts, bringing your vision and energy to service delivery, outreach, and workforce supportServing as the guardian of quality and compliance, ensuring that the program meets or exceeds MA Department of Public Health standards and fulfills all reporting requirementsActing as the primary link between the program, Thom Framingham administration, and the Board of Directors, contributing to strategic decision making and agency wide initiativesProviding leadership in personnel management, staff development, and benefits administration to ensure a thriving, motivated workforceOverseeing financial management and budgeting for the program and ensuring the responsible, strategic allocation of resourcesChampioning administrative support activities, including billing and data systems, to promote seamless operations and maximum efficiencyOverseeing the utilization and evolution of our program space so that it functions as a dynamic, welcoming hub for families, staff, and community partnersIn this position, you can anticipate each day being part of a meaningful journey as you help shape the future of Early Intervention services in Woburn and surrounding communities.

Salary : $105,000 - $115,000
