About the Role

As a Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive store results. This includes impacting the quality of the customer journey, building client loyalty, and supporting long-term effective relationships. You will also maintain an active social relationship with clients and the community by understanding their needs and changes in the market.

Key responsibilities include:

• Motivating and inspiring team members to drive results through effective training, accountability, and celebrating successes
• Developing business strategies, setting achievable goals and targets, and implementing incentives to achieve store sales targets
• Ensuring store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained according to company directives
