Thistle Golf Club is actively seeking a line cook, to join our award winning Pot Bunker Pub team! (Pay determined by experience).

Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food items according to menu and quality standards under the direction of our F&B Director.
Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and presented in an appealing manner
Follow all safety and food protocols per North Carolina Health Department. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and food is prepared in a timely manner. Assist with inventory duties, including checking in orders and compiling orders to replenish stock. Operate and maintain all equipment. May be required to help with dishwashing duties as needed.
Experience:
- Previous experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, Serv Safe cert a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
