At this time, we specialize in organic cotton, with knits such as waffle, baby knit, and interlock fibers.

We are seeking a full-time remote Seamstress to join our team. This role involves creating and adjusting garments with precision and care, ensuring all designs are tailored to perfection. Core responsibilities include pattern making, size grading, cut & sewing, fitting sessions, and incorporating client feedback through adjustments. You will collaborate with the design team to maintain our high standards for quality and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Proficient in patternmaking, size grading and garment creation (cut & sew, labelling, logo embroidery)
• Experience in fittings and the ability to make precise adjustments to pattern and garments
• Ability to manufacture quality garments in small batches of 20 - 50 pieces at a time.
• Strong communication skills and a focus on collaboration with head seamstress
• Attention to detail and expertise in knit fabric handling
• Great organizational skills
• Enjoys high energy and fast paced environments
• Ability to manage deadlines effectively
• Familiarity with sustainable garment production is a plus
• Previous experience in activewear or custom apparel is an advantage
