1st Shift Schedule: 80 hour bi-weekly, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
General Job Description:
The main duties of the Qualified Professional (QIDP) is to manage and ensure quality programming and services for targeted residents by developing and planning, facilitating, implementing, monitoring and evaluating effective/appropriate plans of care for those residents, utilizing experience and participation from clinical team members and residential staff. The QP/QIDP collaborates with various clinical team members to ensure appropriate services and compliance with regulations in ICF/IID services/funding, Habilitative Services, and overall residential care coordination.
Essential Duties:
- Experience in team leader-supervisory role (prefer experience in residential facility or in service with persons with developmental disabilities)
- Minimum two years work experience with persons with developmental disabilities.
- Ability to read, write, understand and follow directions
- Proven proficiency in knowledge of developmental sequence and developmental milestones

Minimum Age and Level of Education Required:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- 2 years previous MR/DD experience
- BA or BS in Special Education, Social Services or a Human Service related field.
