Evening Shift Assistant Manager
Restaurant Operations
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Evening Shift Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and lead our team during evening hours. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences.
Schedule
- Evening shift beginning at 3:00 PM
- Full-time schedule with weekend and holiday availability required
Key Responsibilities
- Support the General & Store Manager in overseeing evening operations
- Supervise and lead team members during assigned shifts
- Ensure exceptional customer service and timely resolution of guest concerns
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Assist with opening/closing duties, cash handling, and inventory control
- Coach and motivate staff to meet performance expectations
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food service leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable, punctual, and results-oriented
