You’ll be the first sales hire focused on leading the outbound team, 2 x BDRs are already in place, ready for guidance, and another 6 will be hired soon.

• Build the engine — Own the outbound strategy: messaging, processes, tools, and pipeline generation.
• Lead from the front — Coach the current BDR, then scale a high-performing team around you.
• Shape the future — Collaborate closely with founders and GTM leadership to define the playbook and carve your path to sales leadership.

• Love the SDR game and have a closing experience as an AE, but prefer to coach and lead.
• Have 2–5 years of outbound SaaS sales success and a track record of exceeding quotas.
• Know how to hire, train, test, and scale repeatable outbound systems.
