At Thirty3 Co., we have a combined 48 years of industry experience supporting and growing those just as passionate about this trade as we are.
We'll provide on-site training for candidates, who will then be responsible for ensuring full functionality and reliability of engines and mechanical systems of fleet vehicles. An excellent candidate will be self-sufficient and experienced enough to work with little supervision. They must be able to work with various equipment and tools as well as follow all safety precautions.
Candidates MUST be available for scheduled travel within the state of Montana. Travel accommodations will be expensed by Thirty3 Co. Pay will be assessed based on experience. Thirty3 Co. is a drug and alcohol free workplace.

Responsibilities
- Inspect engines, transmissions, etc. and run diagnostic tests to discover functionality issues
- Conduct repairs aiming for maximum reliability this may include, but is not limited to starters, oil changes, brakes, etc.
- Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve them in a timely manner
- Keep logs of billable work time/time worked and report on issues
- Order and pick up parts
- Perform thorough routine maintenance inspections
- Prioritize cleanliness and organization of shop
- Effectively communicate and report to supervisor on work performed
Skills
- Proven prior experience as a mechanic
- Excellent knowledge of fleet vehicles and their systems and components
- Capacity to follow established procedures and practices
- A commitment to health and safety guidelines
- Adept in problem solving
- Very strong communication skills
- Good physical strength and stamina
Requirements
- Ability to pass a background check
- Clean driving record
- High School diploma preferred; certification from a vocational school or completion of apprenticeship is a plus, but not required
